If you sign up as a Nurse Practitioner, we collect the profile information you provide (name, credentials, specialties, practice details, photo). If you join our waitlist, we collect your name, email, state, and specialty so we can reach out when we open your market.
For security and abuse prevention, we log basic request metadata (IP address, timestamp) on sensitive endpoints — sign-up, waitlist, and AI features. This data is not used for advertising.
If you use the AI-powered “Help Me Choose” feature, the concern you type is sent to Anthropic’s API to generate a specialty recommendation. We log the request for cost accounting and safety review. We do not attach your account or email to that request unless you are signed in.
We do not sell your information. We do not share profile data with third parties except as required to operate the site (e.g., our hosting and database providers). We do not provide medical care, and nothing you submit constitutes a medical record.
