About Sarah
I became a nurse practitioner because I believe healthcare should feel personal. Too many patients leave appointments feeling unheard — rushed through a 10-minute visit with more questions than answers. That's not how I practice.
Over the past 12 years, I've built a practice centered on truly listening. Whether you're coming in for an annual physical, managing anxiety, or navigating a new diagnosis, I take the time to understand your full picture — not just your symptoms.
I hold dual board certifications in family medicine and psychiatric-mental health, which means I can address both your physical and mental health in one place. Many of my patients tell me this is the first time they've felt like their provider actually connected the dots between what's happening in their body and what's happening in their mind.
My Approach
I practice integrative, whole-person care. I combine evidence-based medicine with genuine partnership — we make decisions together. I'm direct, but never dismissive. If something is outside my scope, I'll tell you honestly and connect you with the right specialist.
